Short answer, no. Spraying mint only deters them, but it’s important to know that bed bugs can go long periods of time without feeding. When the mint wears off, they come back in numbers.

Our recommended treatment period is 24 hours. The reason being is that it will take up to 10 hours just to get to the “kill zone” or at least 120 Degrees. 

The temperature then must be sustained between 6 to 8 hours for adults and may take longer for eggs since it takes the heat longer to penetrate into those hard to heat areas.
